If you have noticed something that concerns you, we are able to inspect the defect and prepare a letter format report.

This will include a description of the defect and an analysis of its implications for the property and the occupiers, together with a remedial solution.

Should you so wish we are also able to arrange for contractors to provide competitive tenders for the works and oversee the works through to completion.

Many older properties such as Listed Buildings and Heritage properties suffer from damp problems.
